Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the 8trium platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the 8trium platform, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing our content or services through any device or method. 8trium reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated under applicable laws in Malaysia.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of 8trium services, you are required to register and create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated. 8trium reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to request supporting documentation where necessary.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including any attempts to hack, distribute malware, or engage in any action that could compromise the security of the platform or other users. Violations of these terms will result in immediate action, including account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 8trium platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, and approved credit or debit cards. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within a specified timeframe depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your 8trium account. 8trium reserves the right to request proof of bank account ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Any attempts at fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia. 8trium is not liable for any losses arising from failed transactions due to inaccurate information provided by the user.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 8trium platform and all its content — including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and user interfaces — are the exclusive property of 8trium and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 8trium.
8trium does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, technical disruptions, or unscheduled downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8trium disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses related to betting or gaming activities.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 8trium is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Suspension, Account Closure & Changes to Terms
8trium reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended on legitimate grounds are not entitled to claim compensation for any unused credits or bonuses at the time of closure.
Users may also choose to close their own account by contacting the 8trium support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any unclaimed real money balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.
8trium reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Governing Law & Contact Information
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the fullest extent possible to reflect the original intent of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
